Our story
Rising from humble beginnings in Thailand, Mr. Anthony Tahng, the master chef of Thai food, started his gourmet journey in 1965. From a very young age, Chef Tahng learned that food tasted best when it was prepared and served in a joyous environment. Much of his love and passion for food can be found in his savory dishes, which draw heavily from his professionally acquired techniques and family recipes.
Embarking on his current mission of satisfying American appetites, Chef Tahng brought his philosophy of 'joyous eating' to San Francisco, California, where he opened his first chain of Thai Noodle Houses. With continued success, he has expanded his branches to serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, and now in Hawaii.
His primary goal is for patrons to arrive with the expectation of joyous authentic Thai eating experience, leave satisfied, tell others, and return for the adventure again and again.
